Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can assist with the next steps.
Some products may be eligible for return even after they have been opened. Eligibility depends on the product type and whether it can be safely inspected, verified, and returned to stock. Products that have been installed on a unit cannot be returned. This ensures product integrity for all customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
